Contentum ECM+ is a solution for Enterprise Content Management based on the Contentum BPM Platform. Contentum ECM+ organizes electronic document management of your company and allows you to execute end-to-end business processes along with standard docflow processes.

Electronic Document Management

Electronic document implementation is a process of converting paper documentation to electronic document flow. All procedures, familiar to you when you do paperwork, are carried out in an electronic form.

These procedures (processes) are regulated by MoReq2, a European standard for electronic document flow. According to this standard, converting to an electronic form requires execution of the following basic processes: creation, capture, flow, display, store, search, route, security, control and destruction. This approach systematizes implementation and allows splitting the whole flow into separate elements. For some documents and document flows there are standard solutions, which can be useful.

Records Management

Contentum Records Management automates the registration and processing of incoming and outgoing documents.

Contract Management

Contentum Contract Management allows you to prepare, approve, store and process contracts and related documents.

ECM Functions

Electronic documents storage

Contentum ECM+ app has a file storage interface, where documents are hierarchically organized in a set of folders. Within the document storage system, users create a set of folders and hierarchy to organize document archives for your organization. Such system of document storage provides fast and easy search, data protection and secure storage of documents.

Barcoding

Search through your archive for an electronic copy of the paper document using Barcoding. The scanner reads the bar code and the system finds the document.

Document templates

The Contentum ECM+ template engine generates documents from a template. You can create Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel), loops and conditions templates.

Documents routing process

The Contentum BPM engine is used to configure document routing processes. ECM+ app contains numerous activities for electronic document management: signing, approval, acquaintance, etc.



MS Outlook Plug-in

The MS Outlook Plug-in is integrated in MS Outlook and automates routine operations with emails. This application allows you to create tasks from incoming messages, create documents out of the attachments and register them.

To create a task with the MS Outlook Plug-in simply select the massage in your inbox. The task subject and description are generated according to the subject and the body of the MS Outlook message. If the incoming message has attachments, they are automatically added to the task as well.
